Please be sure
to enclose the original sales invoice along with your credit
card information. All returns need to be returned in the
original undamaged factory packaging, and must be in
“NEW”saleable condition. Parts must be received and inspected
before a credit can be issued. All returns must be shipped
prepaid; C.O.D.’s will be refused. Failure to comply with the
above “WILL” result in either a delay or the rejection of your
return.
RETURN PROCESS:
In order to process a return. Please login to Order
Status and mark the item as being returned. You have 10 days
after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is
incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part,
inserted the wrong part number or did not provide us with your
VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 15%
restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we
will resolve the issue immediately.
We are required to emphasize that there are no refunds
on electrical parts.
Damaged
Items: The carrier is responsible for all items
damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged
claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not
return these items to us as we are not responsible for the
reimbursement. We will be glad to direct you on how to
contact the shipping carrier to resolve your damaged item
claim. |
